HPV in Men, treatment for women, none for men?

(If you don’t have any experience with this issue, please feel free to hit the BACK button at anytime, especially without answering)So as it says on this page:my.clevelandclinic.org/disorders/Genital_Warts/hic_Understanding_HPV.aspxThere isn’t a cure for the Virus, but there is treatmet for women, but with men they basically say F off?And in men it is usually Genetal Warts.Now, I heard that people have basically killed their regular Warts with different methods that they tried after medical treatments failed them (such as Freezing, burning, etc), and the most interesting one I read was about a man who had a bunch of warts on his body, most of them on his arms, and that he tried the medical approach and nothing worked, then later, he did a good bit of paint work, and that over time, all the warts on his exposed arms sloughed off (died), and the ones on his covered legs did not go away until he had realized the cause of his others to go away (the paint) and tried putting nail polish on the ones on his legs and they (over a few days of application of nail polish) sloughed off too.So my question is (I know you’ve been waiting for it : ) :Would appling small amounts of Nail Polish to your Genetal Warts be safe? Because there is no cure, nor any treatment besides freezing/burning them off that only removes the warts (and even that is a maybe).And don’t tell me to go see a doc, cuz I ain’t got any damn medical Insurance, trying to take care of this so I can possibly start dating a girl that is actually into me (Duh, I’ll tell her, but I would like to remove them to kill the wierdness and it is recommended to prevent spread, and also will be using condoms for sure and try to get her a Vaccine first) (You have no idea how hard it is to find someone that actually can stand me/understand me, so this is kind of a Diamond in the rough situation that I would not like to let slip through my fingers)Serious Answers only, stupid jokes will be removed. I have given many heart felt answers and given free Computer advice on here that most a holes would charge for, so could I get a couple of Adults who have any experience to help with this please?Ok, I understand that women have to have a peice removed for testing, but what I am talking about is an alternative for having a person try to Burn them off with Electricity, I don’t want to have to have that happen every 6 months because that will surely kill large amounts of sensitivity over time.I thank those that came in with a possitive attitude and understood my some what franticness as concern for MY SEX LIFE. I am sorry for women who have to go through Cervical Cancer, but its not like I get all wound up for medical conditions that are more deadly to men than women but get publicized for women (such as Breast Cancer, yeah, its more fatal to men than women, but you never hear about it, though I feel for you having to get your cans crushed with every test, thats BS, they should find other means).I was really just looking for some insight from people who have either gone through it or know much about it, and I thank all the others who didn’t come to rant.
